Join us for inspiration and tips on how to create a layered garden with beautiful, time-tested plant combinations. You will also come away with creative ideas for using hardscaped elements, art and ornaments, and enclosed spaces to tie your garden together.
About Mardi Dover: Mardi is the founder and principal of Gardens by Mardi, a design-build company specializes in renovating residential landscapes. She is also the founder of MardiDover.com, where she offers educational and consulting services to the landscape design industry.
Presenter educational background/qualifications:
Mardi received degrees in Art History from Davidson College, Social Work from The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and Garden Design from Oxford College of Garden Design.
Mardi is a Certified Professional Landscape Designer, a North Carolina Certified Plant Professional, a former North Carolina Licensed Landscape Contractor, and a former Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
She has received Gold and Bronze Awards in Residential Design from the Association of Professional Landscape Designers, where she currently serves on their national Board of Directors.
