Return Policy for Plants/Hardgoods/Merchandise

Cash Register Receipt Required For All Returns

• Live plants may be returned for refund within Five (5) days of purchase and must be in as-sold condition.
• Non-plant items may be returned for refund within Thirty (30) days of purchase and must be in as-sold condition.

Refunds will be made using same method as original payment.

• Credit card purchases will be refunded to same card.
• Cash purchases will be refunded with cash or store credit, whichever the customer prefers.
• Check purchases require a 10-day waiting period before refund (in the form of cash or store credit) is issued.
