At Reems Creek Nursery
Sat, June 14, 2025
10:00 am – Noon
With Athena Anderson
Meet our Local Pollinators! Learn about pollination basics, the fascinating range of creatures who pollinate plants, and the pollinators that are native to our own backyards in WNC. Athena will discuss pollination syndromes (it’s not what you think), pollinator conservation concerns, and simple steps you can take to help pollinators.
Time permitting, we’ll scout for pollinators outside in Reems Creek’s certified pollinator garden.
One garden at a time, every little bit of habitat we create makes our world a better place.
